ORDERING

How do I know if I am ordering the correct part?

Every product description has a table with measurements. These match up with a product image illustrating where the measurements are taken from. If you're not confident that you've identified the correct part we recommend ordering from Real Steel who can visit you, identify the parts and make recommendations. This is something we do not do.

How do I know if you have a particular product in stock?

Every product presented in the store is in stock to the best of our knowledge. We pick your items before charging for your order. In the rare event that we cannot fulfil the total order we'll get in touch with you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards using the secure PayPal and Payment Express payment gateways. 

We also accept payments via Bank Depot. You can find the details at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact sales@wearpartsdepot.co.nz as quickly as possible to request a change of delivery address before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched it is your responsibility to contact NZ Couriers or Mainfreight to get the order to the correct address at your expense.

Can you ship outside of New Zealand?

No, sorry we do not support international orders.

DELIVERY

My order hasn't arrived, who do I contact?

Email sales@wearpartsdepot.co.nz and we'll sort it out for you.

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?

Email sales@wearpartsdepot.co.nz with some photos of the damage and we'll sort it out for you.

Can I collect my order?

We do not support pickups, we only ship orders to customers. Shipping is free!

Can I request a specific date for my delivery to arrive?

We cannot guarantee a carrier's delivery times. We endeavour to get orders to you within 5 working days. If you need an order to arrive later than this, we can hold-off dispatch until a specific date. To request this simply use the notes field during your order process, or email sales@wearpartsdepot.co.nz.

Can I arrange a special delivery truck to my rural address?

Yes you can at your expense. When placing your order please give your rural address and make a note that you wish to pay extra for a rural truck delivery. We will get in touch with a price and arrange payment.

Can I place an order over the phone?

No, the online store is the only way to order.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No you cannot.
